Week 0

The Diagnostic.

We start with a diagnostic call. You bring what’s bothering you (“I’m always behind”, “I never get to my own projects”, “I want more time for family”), and we unpack what actually feels off, where you want change to show up, and whether your current goals are really yours.

Week 1 — 12

Together, we design a few small, realistic rhythms for work, rest, and focus, and test them in your actual life — busy weeks, travel, family chaos, low-energy days.

 

Over three months, with weekly calls and between-session support, we keep adjusting until your setup feels sustainable, so progress happens without squeezing out rest, relationships, or small joys.

Between Sessions

Life doesn’t wait for next week’s meeting. I’m available on Voxer (voice/text) for questions, panic moments, or the “I don’t know what to do now” days.

I’m not here to turn you into a productivity influencer. I’m someone who had to sort out her own messy, tired life first.

 

For a long time, my “normal” looked like compulsively checking WeChat every 15 minutes after work, being unable to stay offline, and then beating myself up because there was never any real “me time”. My turning point wasn’t a big transformation moment. One December, I found myself crying over last year’s resolutions and realising none of it had happened—because I never made time for any of it.

That’s what led me to study this properly and train as a time‑management consultant, so I could understand how time, energy, and attention really work in everyday life. My consulting grew out of that mix of lived experience and training.
